Worst service ever from a doctor's office. Try calling in on a Monday or Tuesday! Wait till Wednesday when the lines get answered in a reasonal hold time. On a recent appointment the receptionist who checks patients in was outside., up on the corner, talking on her cell phone and I waited 10i minutes for her to return. The phone menu is limited so I learned quickly just to hit the button for an appointment. This office cannot get enough workers and lately there has been a turnover in staff.

My experience has been positive from my first call. New to the area I asked a medical professional friend who her pcp is. That doctor wasn’t taking new patients but the staff person asked me a few questions about what I was looking for in a primary provider. Together we came up with Dr Alan Gomer as a good fit. When I met him I felt comfortable that We made the right choice. He interviewed me about my health and I interviewed him about his background and practice.
