Dr. Adwait Jathal MD - untrustworthy and unethical. Demanding $450 for a procedure that is 100% insurance covered. Insisted on being paid ahead of time even thought they admit insurance covers completely. Sets up a terrible ethical scenario, where a medical doctor takes money, on the off chance of something more complicated, without any prior indication.
