The receptionist Lexi is incredibly rude. How they can have staff like that as the face of their business is beyond me. She was curt, unfriendly and not helpful at all. I understand she may be busy but that isn't my fault. I'm there because either I myself or a family member is ill so I too am a little stressed out so she needs to chill or find another line of work. RecommendedDoctor Brian Ireland is my primary doctor. I have been going through a horrible time due to Covid, but Doctor Ireland did not give up on me. He has helped me get through all of this when I lost my job and couldn’t see my specialist anymore. I am now back on track to where I was 4 months ago. Won’t ever change my Doctor. He is the best!
Front desk is disconcertingly rude, you wait forever even when you’re on time to an empty office, and all in all you can just do better. Shoutout specifically to the receptionist who hung up on me and then claimed not to have ever talked to me when I called back and asked for someone else. Do not go here. Seriously. Thank me later.

Dr. Turck is knowledgeable, caring and never gave me any problem or attitude when I wanted to seek a second opinion at Mayo Clinic. He got me copies of all the tests and medical notes with no issues. I just wanted to make sure we were doing everything possible because of the complexity of my case. For the record Mayo Clinic told me he was doing everything right and there wasn't anything they would do differently. He was helpful and thorough and continues to be my favorite neurologist I've seen down here.
RecommendedDr. Bakshi is a very professional doctor, he listens to your concerns and helps decide the best course of action. I have recommended him to all who need a PCP, and even those who were t looking to change PCP.
Had my first appt. with Julie Anderson, ARNP, yesterday. I had been looking for a medical Doctor or ARNP that gave me some say in my own health rather than pushing every test/screening on me just because it is the 'standard'. She saw me as an individual with the right to have input and spent the time to discuss at length her thoughts as she listened to mine. After a long 5 year search for a Primary Care physician - I can finally stop searching!!
