I can't speak on the doctors because I never saw them. We couldn't get past the receptionist they were so very unpleasant. I don't know what the qualifications for being a medical receptionist are but I would assume some sense of customer service would be required. I have heard that the doctors there are just fine and I'm sure they are. This place is letting money walk right out the door due to the lack of courtesy from their staff.
Just save yourself the trouble don't bring your kid here. The nursing staff sucks the availability sucks and it'll be my child's first and last appointment because her shots are 2 months late because apparently it's okay with them. I can't trust a doctor who allows an incompetent staff I don't care how nice he is clearly my kid isn't his priority so I won't be back.
After an hour of waiting, walked out with my 1-year old and 5-year old. We were there for the walk-in flu vaccinations. Can't make an appt for flu shots, so you have to just wait hopelessly. Then the front desk offers up the explanation of "it's not gonna get any better." I will take my business elsewhere. A flu shot takes approximately 3.7 seconds to administer.
