Re: 1st Floor Laboratory I did not have a great experience. It took 50 minutes to get checked-in, and less than two minutes to complete the bloodwork. While it was busy, the business process and technology is quite slow. So much so that the nurses were taking patients immediately. On the other hand, “Beth” was friendly enough, patient, and kind.
