I have been going to MACC for many, many years, starting with Dr. Hannum. I've seen several of the doctors there, but I go to Tawna now. I even have my husband and kids go to her. Everyone there is always friendly and make you feel like the person that you are rather than just a number waiting to be seen. I would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone!
I have been going to Tawna for years because she treats all her patients with respect and really listens to what you say. Medical Arts Center does not double or triple book appointments and leave you waiting until they get around to you like other places I've been to. I highly recommend them.
Tawna is great and very knowledgeable. Some of the front desk people are very rude though. It's hard enough being sick without adding a cold/snippy interaction at the doctor's office.
Dr. Dawson is an awesome Dr !! We have had him as our family Dr for 10 years now and he has always been great !

The staff is nice and helpful, but I really question the training and knowledge here. I had full blown toncilitus and the infection was spreading and the doctor just said do blood work and we will call you. Didn't give me anything. Next day my throat closed up and had to go to a different doctor that was shocked he let me leave without giving me anything. If you have no other choice this place is ok, but I'll be avoiding it from now on.
