The receptionist Tatiana, was rude and not helpful to the process. Do better!! I had day surgery and the reception lady was awful and made me terribly miserable with lack of service!

I got a mammogram today. Before my appointment driving in my car, music loud and dancing so that I dont freak myself out at the appointment. Calming. I went to the Medical Arts Building at 8am to Level 3 to register and was greeted by Tatiana - she was friendly, helpful and kind. I then proceeded to go in the elevator to Level 4, Diagnostic Center and the receptionist that signed me in Her name said A and she was very sweet as well. Both times were quick and smiles. My son had an appointment scheduled with Dr. Chen after waiting four months. The appointment was supposed to take place tomorrow. Shockingly, the office called at the last minute to cancel it and pushed us to wait yet another three months. This is completely unacceptable. Patients cannot be forced to wait months for care, only to have their appointments arbitrarily cancelled right before they are due. I would not recommend Dr. Park. My son’s sinuses get plugged during cold weather, and after waiting over four months for a referral, we finally saw him on August 30. Because it wasn’t cold that day, my son had no symptoms, which was obviously expected. We explained everything in detail, but Dr. Park barely listened and offered no real help.
