The staff is super nice.
The front of this MEDICAL building is NOT wheelchair accessible. They blocked off the only accessible part of the front of the building because they were too lazy to shovel the snow or pay to get it done. Absolutely disgusting that we have to walk/wheel around the building to the back of building in the very cold Canadian weather to gain access to a medical building that’s meant to be available and accessible to everyone.
I would give this hospital a zero. My information was given to someone who was not me or approved by me, and when trying to find out what is happening, they hung up, saying "Google it." Sorry I dod and when asking to speak to speak to a supervisor they hang up on you. Sorry why should I trust a place to keep me healthy when I have this experience of them knowing nothing.
For Biopsy appointment. It took us 1 hour and 15 min, including registration.
Reception excellent and friendly. Information perfectly received name, address and walking together to the ultrasound department. In pain and ultrasound take care patients perfectly and helping.
