I can attest to the same complaints. The worst front desk staff whom seems to consist of one person so it's possibly so "Mom and Pop" that there's no department to complian to. The longest check in times I've ever experienced that could likely allow changes in contracts on every appt. Also, I've been hung up on or had someone at the other end most recently stay silent for a minute and then hang up. Always make patient wait 30-40 mins sometimes more. Very poorly managed clinic
The staff and doctors are great. I only return because of Dr. Teja. My review is for the 4% card processing fee for payments. This includes checks. This is crazy for a large business like this. Even small food trucks don’t charge this most the time. The only option to avoid is pay cash. We should all do this and lets them handle the cash and see which costs them more.
This place is a scam. I scheduled an appointment with this telehealth provider in 2022 for a simple blood draw request. The appointment failed (she gave me a blood draw request, but no lab accepted the request), and the doctor never responded to my follow-ups when I asked for another request. Despite not receiving the service, I was charged $277. I tried multiple times to call and email for clarification, but never received a response.
