Absolutely HORRIBLE experience! Rude, disrespectful and completely uneducated/uninformed about movement disorders. My daughter was diagnosed with Tourette's Syndrome when she was 9 years old. Over the years she has had motor tics that involved movements that caused her bones to crack. Because of years of involuntary cracking she has back and neck pain that she now relieves by cracking her bones.
