Went in for a physical and the office was super busy, but the manger and staff were so reassuring and kind. They really do make you feel like family, Fernanda Summer and Lasandra are indeed some of the kindest people ive met
I had an excellent experience at the Woodbridge facility. Dr. Grover, Dr. Sam, Wali, Fernanda and the rest of the staff were incredibly friendly, attentive and provided excellent services. I would definitely recommend them.
My mom was seen by Dr. Grover, and her nurse Fernanda was amazing! She was very helpful, attentive, and a quick thinker. The care my mom received was excellent — the whole team made her feel comfortable and well taken care of. Highly recommend! 10/10
Got rescheduled before the appointment. Show up at new time. Wait over an hour before finally asking about my status, because while waiting, 2 walk-ins who came in after me went back before me. Then told the only available physician doesn’t take my insurance, even though I confirmed beforehand…twice. I took off work for this and needed to get back, understandably. Was then told “we’re open until 8pm” as though I have time to either wait or drive all the way back over as a single mom who already took precious time off work. W... read more
I had a very disappointing experience at Tru Health. The medical assistants were inattentive and seemed more focused on chit-chatting about their personal lives than on providing care.It did not feel like they were adequately certified or prepared to handle patients with the level of care expected in a medical setting. Additionally, I noticed a strong odor of marijuana coming from someone I believe was the office manager — which was extremely unprofessional and concerning in a healthcare environment.
