Terrible experience. Wrong address on their confirmation email, front desk couldn't accurately add my info and told me I wasn't eligible. Had to call tricare for them after wasting 30 min of my time. They didn't have me in the system as a dependent. Then, I'm told they can't do my blood work because they ran out of supplies. Well, they said because the supplies were late but....how do you run out of blood withdrawal supplies?! Get a new practice manager and train your front desk people better. Great service, super kind. Wait time wasn’t terrible. Front desk (forgot to ask name, sorry!) was incredibly helpful and accommodating in my walk in situation. Dr. Was knowledgeable , respectful and not in the least bit pushy. Great visit over all!
This guys are the best. Great customer service and very clean facility.
I set an appointment for Sunday morning and uploaded all my information. I asked questions in advance to make sure my mom’s insurance company was covered. When i arrived to the appointment it was just to be told that they don’t accept the insurance, which was hand written on their list. They should have better communication between the location and call center to the insurance company. Very disappointing.
