I absolutely love this office. I haven’t been to the doctor in SO LONG but Dr. Sam Kidene, Erin, Esmeralda and Summer are so great! I feel comfortable talking to them. They are so polite and helpful with all of my questions and concerns. I recommend this doctor to everyone!!!
I went through the immigration exam process with your office and had a very frustrating experience. From the start, communication was unclear. At my appointment, I was asked for my vaccination card even though you had my records—and hadn’t reviewed them. I was left waiting over 30 minutes, told I’d get a call Tuesday, but no one called. Labcorp sent me results Monday, yet your staff said Tuesday they hadn’t arrived—until I pointed it out. Every time I come inside the building I’m greeted with a warm smile and warm welcome. It’s a clean friendly environment it’s always a blast with the nursing team especially Fernanda she’s very attentive and friendly. 10/10 would recommend to friends or family.
