I've been doing business with Medic Sleep Care for years. Becky has always been the person I would ask for. She is very knowledgeable and extremely helpful.
I was in town for work and my mask broke. I can't go one night without my pap. Came in, spoke to a guy at the counter named Chris. He told me I needed a copy of my prescription to get another mask. Which I said who keeps that information on them. This man went out of his way and called 2 clinics I used back home in Missouri to get what I needed to get a mask. He told me to go get some lunch and he would work on it. Even though I was a jerk, he made it happen. Late review but thanks.
Had to get my husband a new mask & they was very helpful in finding us one.
