What a wonderful experience my wife had dealing with the company. She received personal service from the Respiratory Therapist who came to the house and instructed her on all aspects of the CPAP. The customer care department is is a joy to deal with. I have to admit, the staff dealt with my wife in a caring and professional manner, even though she can be hard to deal with.

This people went from decent to SCAM artist in flash. At first was fine, but lately when I called about missing order. They actually politely tell you to go deal with Post Office. I called Post Office to entertain my self, they actually started laughing at situation and said they rarely even try to look for lost package's unless they turn up by them self's. Since I'm not shipper meaning their customer, I cant even file claim. They suggested that I stop doing business with them and file consumer complaint. They bill insurance... read more
