.t O'Day my son was being transported to northbay we were notified of the situation and I go to spot of pickup ask driver is my son and spoke his name the driver responded saying no he wasn't didn't know what I was talking about. just so happens an officer turned around and parked behind transport ask officer where's my kid her reply inside ambulance. why did driver lie to me all good with kid what if and that sorry mfkr said no. and child is a minor identified being the parent
10/24/20. Took my wife to north bay med instead of david grant med. said could not go on base, which was a lie
Charge me for services never provided worst Ambulance Service ever
Grateful for the professionalism and friendliness of the workers. Unfortunately have to use them often & the procedures are safe and make the patient & family comfortable.
