Terrible experience. Internet isn’t great, got overcharged nearly every month and their employees make the even most simple tasks impossible.
Terrible service since 2023. They increase prices and outages also go up. As soon as there is an alternate option we will drop this company. We pay for the highest package by the way.
They should be sued for false advertising. I pay over 100$ and my Wi-Fi is off 24/7 bc it shuts down. I asked over a whole year for a new router instead they fix a wire and still don’t work.You guys are a joke and so is Mediacom A year later still having Internet problems. We have great service but the price is $112 a month when new accounts are $65. I may have to change providers if this can’t be resolved.
Horrible company, they do not honor their Promise to Pay process with their collection department. My bill never has a due date so I am left guessing when my cutoff date is when I try to budget. I call customer service and they can't even tell me what my cutoff date is, all I got was "Just pay it before January ends". I want to get complaints on file, or at least recorded, but when I ask customer service if I can lodge a complaint or grievance, they say they can't do that.
