Overpriced, horrible service, and tried charging for another month after everything returning their property and canceling on behalf of a deceased relative. They already got 1 month with their crap. They weren't getting another after we finally got it canceled. They had excuses every time we tried to cancel for 3 weeks ranging from a down system to another new requirement. Man my service has been constantly going in and out for 3 weeks and i schedule a service appoinment for between 8 am and 12 pm. I sent a text confirming my appointment at 7:50. Around 11:50 no one is here and i get told that because i didnt answer my phone at 8:30 am no one came even though i had sent a text confirming. Didnt bother to come and knock on the door, send a text, nothing. This company just sucks. The connection speeds are terrible for the price and their customer service is s.....

I had mediacom for a year in a half. After the one year mark I started having issues with my upload speeds. I was paying for the 1Gbps service and really couldn’t use the service. I started calling them and ended up putting in a dozen repair orders and there would be times they would come by and say everything was fine and then leave.
