Man my service has been constantly going in and out for 3 weeks and i schedule a service appoinment for between 8 am and 12 pm. I sent a text confirming my appointment at 7:50. Around 11:50 no one is here and i get told that because i didnt answer my phone at 8:30 am no one came even though i had sent a text confirming. I had mediacom for a year in a half. After the one year mark I started having issues with my upload speeds. I was paying for the 1Gbps service and really couldn’t use the service. I started calling them and ended up putting in a dozen repair orders and there would be times they would come by and say everything was fine and then leave. I've been without interest since Friday of last week. I had an appointment on Wed. I called 2 times and did the chat one time to ensure they had the correct number a few days before the day of the service and was assured they did. On the day of the appointment, they called the wrong number, and when I called in, the customer service agent lied and stated they called and left a voicemail on the number.
