Initially, we had some issues with this ISP, some charges that just weren't fair, but after calling, and sending an email to them about the issue after as well, we got it figured out, got credit on our account, and assured that they'd make sure the issues we had, other customers wouldn't have. I know I'm being a tad vague, but trust me, this company did more than I'd ever expect a company to do as far as fixing a wrong goes.
DONT CHOOSE MEDIACOM!! THEY DONT CARE AND WILL CHARGE YOU FOR EVERYTHING!!$$$$$$$$$$ NO WARNING OR NOTICE OF DISCONNECTING YOUR SERVICES, ADD ON FEE AFTER FEE!! DONT CHOOSE MEDIACOM!!!
