I have been a customer of Media Com for year's, but recently you're prices have sky rocketed and you are you are consistently having trouble. What is going on with this business?
If I could give zero stars, I would. The rep I spoke with on the phone was snarky, defensive, and has no customer service skills. Mediacom could care less if they lose customers and I hope everyone in the area switches over to the fiber optic internet with Frontier. After 5 minutes I was signed up for my package with Frontier, lowered what I was paying through mediacom by almost 3x, getting everything installed tomorrow morning, and set up for auto pay. Canceled my service two months ago have called three times now to cancel. Continue to get bills a complete joke of a company.
