Sat outside hoping these people would open their office but never did eventough they were on work hours. Trying to drop off equipment that belong to them and I called their customer service and yet they said to be in Georgia and couldn't help opening the door or contact the 2 guys that had gone inside the building minutes before so they can open the door and do their job. Yet no help, horrible customer service.

You get lag and shuts down and starts up 5 times a day.
$100/month for internet that can’t stay connected? That’s a pretty hard sell. Our internet has been down for approximately 30 hours over the course of just 3 days. When we contacted customer service, instead of addressing the actual service issue, we were told the problem was supposedly our equipment—and were pushed toward renting their equipment. Don't trust this company. They will tell you whatever you want to hear to start service and then the price goes up after installation. I had this problem with them 4 year ago and decided to give it another shot. Mistake. When I started service I was told it would be $60/month and if I had autopay, it would be $50. I was told that of I bought my own modem and router, I would get another $15/month credit, making my monthly bill $36. Apparently, that info was completely wrong.
