I experienced an issue with installation of our service, but mediacom resolved the solution in short order.
Had Mediacom for a bit... Dear god what a nightmare paying almost 200 a month and the thing most of the time was not working.
If I could give zero stars, I would. Garbage customer service. Terrible problem solving skills. Additional charges for bouts of time with NO SERVICE. Charged me over $100 for a service that was supposed to be cancelled. Charged me another $90 for service that has been cut off. Their are no notes or proper training being taken at Mediacom. They cannot run a business and shouldn't be allowed to.
