Very helpful and fast
The worst internet out there. I am so glad that we now have Spectrum available. You can bet your bottom dollar we'll be switching
Poor service, quality and product
Cathy is the best. Her one on one customer care is hands down astronomical. They wouldn't be up and running without her and that smile.
My internet is extremely unreliable. Techs check for connections, they don't repair anything. All I want is to be charged for the internet they provide instead of the internet they advertise. The cable TV is reliable, they provide the service they advertise. What is hard to understand about that? Update- Yesterday Mediacom sent a real repairman to my house. He looked at the modem lights and said I know what's wrong. The problem is outside. He fixed my internet and made my TV be much clearer. I will have to wait to say how re... read more
