I have tried everything from fad diets to killing myself doing ZOOMBA. Nothing ever worked long term for me until Medi-Weightloss. I know this sounds cliche, but it was so easy compared to everything else. Because of their program, I was able to stay on the program for several months. I have lost 35 pounds and have kept it off for over 6 months. The staff is great and made losing the weight even more fun!!
