this is the best life change i have ever been and i been on alot. I lost a total of 80.02lbs. in a total of 8 months and I feel great. so if i can do so can u.
I'm truly happy that I found this center. The staff is great knows each person by name when you walk into the office. To me that means they care for each person that they work with. This is a life change i have lost 20 pound in a month. Not easy but as long as you stick to your plan it can happen. Know that everyone is different therefore your weight lost various depending on health, age and willingness to stick to your personal plan.Before and after picture will be post on my Facebook page in another month.
