The office was clean and tidy and there was actually a couple cute decorations up for the holiday. There was a busy day there with lots of people in and out but I didn’t see any stress. I did see the opposite, everyone so kind and nice to one another it was so nice to see. The girls at the front helped me fix appointments many times for my grandma that had to change and they were never angry About it. The staff at this office is so nice. I was getting frustrated with my medications to list and they offered to help me fill out my paperwork sitting beside me. Everyone looks like they enjoy working there.
The doctors associated with this firm are 1st rate! The staff, in my experience, not even half a star! Over 1 month period and not less than 15 phone calls failed to elicit any response from the staff. This is only the 2nd time in my 73 years that doctor/patient relations have broke due to rotten staff!
Very helpful staff that is kind and accommodating. The doctors have been so wonderful. I was scared after my diagnosis and they reassured me and expedited my referrals for further testing.
