The doctors associated with this firm are 1st rate! The staff, in my experience, not even half a star! Over 1 month period and not less than 15 phone calls failed to elicit any response from the staff. This is only the 2nd time in my 73 years that doctor/patient relations have broke due to rotten staff!
Very helpful staff that is kind and accommodating. The doctors have been so wonderful. I was scared after my diagnosis and they reassured me and expedited my referrals for further testing.
Not a very professional atmosphere at all- the receptionists have personal conversations at the front desk while the patients can hear. Technicians hang out in an empty exam room with the door open laughing and on their phones. I would not trust Medi-Share with performing medical tests on me.
