I work in mental health and have used Medi ops several times and have nothing but great things to say. They have handled what could be potentially difficult patients with professionalism and care. They are punctual and professional. Dispatch team is top notch.

I have been working with Medi-Ops for a little over a year now. Honestly I had no idea what to expect. But, as the ball started to get rolling I was pleasantly surprised. Medi-Ops makes a point to reach out regularly just to see how things are going. They want to know what the couriers concerns are, what ideas we might have to help the system function more productively etc. Rylan has been my point of contact and it feels like I have known him for years. I have been working with Medi Ops for a few months now and really enjoy it. I get to work when it’s convenient for my schedule. And it feels great to help provide a service for people and facilities that really need service. This service is amazing. My son just moved to Denver and had to have surgery and had no one to pick him up as I live out of State. I called Medi-Ops and Ryland was wonderful He answered all my questions, offered to schedule Lyft to pick him up on the way to surgery so I didn't have to. They also set it up to drop off and pick up my son's medication. I would highly recommend this company!
