If we thought Three Oaks was bad… MSA was worse!!! Our only concern was having the nurse call to tell us the day she’d come. Maybe we’re a rare breed but, right now, my terminally ill aunt still likes to go out, so my mom and I make that happen. MSA, even after talking to the clinical manager, who said scheduling her nurse visits would be no problem, multiple times didn’t stick with that statement. Any day but Monday would be great.
