First i called asked what time they were open until the girl said 8pm but take last walk in at 730 so i took my mom to have her finger looked at as it was turning purple showed up was greeted by front girl receptionist very kind she gave us papers to fill out waited about 10 minutes was taken back by Cameron nicest guy ever he took my moms vitals asked what was going on got information then we were met by Dr Alexandria wow she is super nice and listens to you and gives you the advice you need these 3 individuals are super pr... read more
We have found the staff at Medhero to helpful and kind, with short waits to be seen. They also have Xray available onsite when we have needed it at an appointment.
Going to urgent care is never pleasant, but I had a great experience at MedHero today. They checked me in fast, got me in to a room, and my medical professional got to work diagnosing me all within 15 minutes. She was very thorough and ran a couple different tests. Great bedside manner, answered my questions, and got me out quickly. Now I feel like my needs have been addressed and I'm on with my day. Really good experience.
I would recommend avoiding.
