This place was so fast and everyone was so nice. They got to me right away and i got my visit and prescription all within an hour. I am so happy 😊
I brought my son into Medhero recently, and the staff were efficient and super friendly. The energy in the office was positive and professional. You could tell that they were happy to be there and of service. We appreciated the quick and easy process!
I have nothing but good things to say about MedHero I had a great experience here, My first time ever going and all of the staff were friendly and professional, they provided me all the information about cash pay, and I was in and out within 30 minutes. Dr Doyle was extremely professional, kind, and caring. She took my health seriously and fixed me right up!

We arrived at 7:11 PM with our son, who was showing symptoms of pneumonia. Despite their posted hours of 8 AM to 8 PM, we were turned away because they don’t accept new patients after 7 PM—even though they advertise being open until 8 PM. I asked why this policy isn’t clearly communicated (it’s not mentioned on their website), but didn’t receive an answer. It would be helpful for others if their posted hours made it clear when walk-ins are actually accepted.
