Going to urgent care is never pleasant, but I had a great experience at MedHero today. They checked me in fast, got me in to a room, and my medical professional got to work diagnosing me all within 15 minutes. She was very thorough and ran a couple different tests. Great bedside manner, answered my questions, and got me out quickly. Now I feel like my needs have been addressed and I'm on with my day. Really good experience.
I would recommend avoiding.
I brought a friend here for a thumb injury. One hour to x-ray and we have been waiting an additional hour and a half to have the thumb dislocation set. Not impressed by the other reviews. They have been nothing like our almost 3 hour wait that is still ongoing…. They are quick to put you in a room, slow to treat you. Plan on sleeping here or bring a pillow.
Victoria and staff were wonderful. knowledgeable, skillful and professional- addressed my problem and sent me home satisfied that i had been well cared for.rr
