Absolutely the best place in Austin to purchase a vehicle in my opinion! ! I bought my vehicle there a year ago and had some issues with it and they worked with me and fixed the problem. .. great great people
I have called about 2 different vehicles. I talked to the receptionist 3 times, salesman was to call me back but never did. Once I talked to a salesman, Chris he said he would take video of the body issues but never did. I waited for over a week for a return call. But it never happened. If that's what they call customer service, that's pretty bad. They missed out on a CASH purchase from me so, I will take me business elsewhere.
We bought most of our vehicle from Medgaarden. They went out of their way to make sure we got the best deal. ans they stand 100% behind their vehicles. I recommend Medgaarden to everyone! Make shopping for car enjoyable experience.
