I would like to take the time to thank Mike and his guys at Medford Tire. I'm a small business owner, and it is critical for me to have my vehicle running in top shape all the time. I recently had a few mechanical issues that could have sidelined me for a few days, Mike understood how important it was for me to get back on the road quickly. The repairs were made in a prompt, and professional manner at a fair price. I would not hesitate to recommend Medford Tire for all your automotive needs.
I have had two vehicles serviced at this shop and they have been great both times! I would highly recommend this shop to anyone! The work was always done on time and they did a great job. At one appt I had made to have brakes replaced on my Cadillac they called me back saying that the car really didn’t need brakes. I took it there after having the Cadillac dealership tell me my brakes should absolutely be replaced soon. It is rare to come by shops that are this honest!
A fair and honest car repair shop can be difficult to find, but search no more. This is the best. I have been a few times for repair work and it has always been honest fair and timely. The best for service in the area, bar none.
Ran over a stump and pulled a plastic cover off of the underside of my car. Medford Tire reinstalled the bolts and added some washers to correct the problem.....free if charge! Thanks guys!! Was a huge help and you will always have my business!

On my way to a conference I ran over a piece of metal in the road. I immediately pulled over and saw my tire was going to quickly become flat. I saw that Medford Tire was just up the road and was hoping they could help me. I pulled up, went in and told them what happened. The man at the desk did not offer any assistance and told me he could “maybe help me in a few hours.” I told him that there are no taxi services in this area so that I was stuck and begged him to help me change my tire ( and would pay of course), and his re... read more

Samantha, we are sorry you feel that we wouldn't help you. Unfortunately, we work on a first come first served basis when an appointment is not made. Saturdays are a very busy day for us and we had a full day of appointments scheduled. As we explained to you, we could have gotten to your tire when we had some time to work you in.
