I had a problem with my original bouquet that was handled above and beyond expectations. They were courteous, professional and prompt in handling the matter. In my experience, providing a great product deserves high marks, but making good when an error happens makes even more of an impact. I would use Susie's for any occasion.
I'm from Medford and live near Dallas, Texas now. Susie's always has exactly what I want. When I am traveling I can always count on them for last minute gifts.
Living in Florida I can't always be with my family in Medford in a hurry when tragedy happens. But I can ALWAYS count on Susie's to give the very best. Tragedy happened today and they did me a huge favor by sending a bouquet to my sister at Providence at the last minute. They also did gorgeous arrangements for my gma's funeral in 2008.
