Dr. Bernard and everybody at Medford Animal Hospital are wonderful people and take very good care of all of their patients taking time to explain procedures and making sure that all your questions are answered not just rush them in and rush them out thats what makes them stand out over all the rest and they really care. I can not even begin to describe how happy I am that I found this vet. Every single time I go in I feel this way. They are completely fair with prices.The vet is compassionate and so is the staff. I had a friend come with me to one visit, she was so impressed she switched vets. They made me feel like they are doing what they love NOT trying to make a quick buck.
We have been taking our dogs and cats to Dr. Steve and Co. since we moved here in 1998. Everyone here is amazing, caring and so easy to work with. The office is calm and not crazy and stressful, like another place we've been told to go so many times. Our animals have always received the best, most compassionate care. I feel the prices are reasonable, and we are never pushed to do anything we don't want/can't afford. Dr. Bernard, Summer, Rob, and the rest of the staff are AMAZING! They took such great care of my boy Duke and so compassionate and caring! Will not be taking any of my future pets anywhere else.

Dr Steve has been our vet since he started practice. He and Rob and Summer have helped us through thick and thin with our dogs. They provide top notch service and campassionate caring for both humans and animals. Thanks you for all you do for us.
I am very picky and I looked long and hard to find the right vet and this clinic and staff are the most incredible combination of highly skilled, compassionate and unbelievable care you will find in southern Oregon. They have treated our multiple dogs and cats with special needs with the utmost love and care....do yourself a favor and go see them.
