I won't take my fur baby anywhere else. The service is awesome, and all the staff are great especially Dr. Bernard & Rob.

This office is the third vet I have had. My other vets were good but did not offer the availability and decent pricing as this office. The caring staff and honest vets have so much integrity. I just adore this place! They have saved two of my animals now and I cannot say in words the value I place on that. Just love this place!
Medford Animal Hospital is amazing, Dr.Steve & his crew are amazing from the time you call to make your app to the time you leave. They are more concerned about your furbabys & you then filling there pockets, which ive never experienced such compassion from any other vet ive been to in the past. Long story. But lots of mistakes made to my pup and no apologies. We are going to try out Phoenix animal hospital we heard they were great!
Just had our first visit at our new vet. These guys are great. They explain everything and they aren’t crazy expensive. They are busy but they got our pup taken care of and we are very happy with their care.
A few weeks ago our family pup vomited two mornings in a row before breakfast so I called for an appointment. Dr. Cunningham discovered he had kidney problems starting but she calmed our fears by explaining the problem and treatment. She has a great way of talking to her clients and instilling a feeling of calmness to us as the owners. A day at the hospital and Joey could come home for a week until his next appointment. The Drs and staff are amazing Dr Cunningham is wonderful My 13 year old chihuahua was experiencing weight loss and throwing up we bought the senior care program they tested her and found she had pancreatitis they gave her fluids and medication for 2 days and she is all well and back to normal they did not charge me for her being in the hospital for 2 days in IV fluids I can honestly say that all of the staff were wonderful Dr Cunningham called me ever day and night to check on her it’s wonderful that they care so much about ... read more
I wish I could recall the name of Dr Bernard’s wife! She helped me, last week to make the (right) decision to let my Dakota go. It was extremely hard for us as she was an emotional support for my husband and our baby for 12 yrs! The entire staff was so considerate of our feelings and helped us back out to our car with Dakota so we could take her home for burial. To top it off, I got a sympathy card today from them!! Definitely our new vet for all our animals! Thank you to everyone at Medford animal Hospital! Cheri Ramirez
