Thank you to all the staff at mcf they are very excellent. Amber always is helpful and nice.
Love my Dr but office staff is rude and cannot do simple tasks. Waiting over 3 months for pre approval for a medication. Takes more than an hour just for someone to answer phones. Called 22 times in a row before someone picked up and then they are rude to you or hang up on you. Staff is very incompetent.
I will never go back. Doctor Rrivera is very nice but the supervisor was very rude and loud to me and my daughter. she needs to be replaced with someone more in toon with people in need. I must add the receptionist was nice. I'am deeply sadden. thank you for this opportunity, I hope she goes then I will def come back. ms thorne.
The worst supervisor and front desk receptionist I've ever felt with very loud and disrespectful now I need a new Dr "sad face"
Just leaving Doctors Office. Annual time, good thing. I had a bug die in one ear and wax build up in the other... Lol. it's a wonder I could hear at all. Oooh but that ear spraying gadget. ain't no joke....it hurts.. Thanks Doctor Danny (male) took good care of me as he listened - heard insighfully concerns and offered alternatives. Other worth mentionings... The wait time much better. They must be crossed trained as they tag team to keep you moving. Office very clean....and parking is close and free.
I am so happy that Dr. Viera is my primary care physician. She listens and takes her time with my concerns.
