This office has worst staff I have ever experience. A total lack of professionalism. I was put on hold twice, and the first time the young lady hung up the phone. Then upon calling back she was very rude telling me I had to reschedule, when I just got earlier appointment due to previous cancellation. Number one she was trying to talk over me, when I was trying to insure my medical records had been transferred over from my specialist.
