Does this provider offer flexible appointment times? Absolutely! I never have a problem! Did this provider ever postpone your appointment? Not at all! They always try to get me in as soon as possible Did this provider rush your appointment? No, I was able to ask as many questions as I wanted Were you able to relax during your appointment? Yes, I was completely at ease Did this provider seem well-trained and experienced? Absolutely, they were an expert!

Are you confident that this provider will continue working with you until a solution is reached? Absolutely! I'm confident they will work hard to find the best solution for me Do you feel that you could have received better service somewhere else? Definitely not; I received the best service ever! Did you feel like this provider's office was understaffed? Not at all, they had plenty of staff members to help me whenever I needed assistance

Does this provider adhere to the customer is always right policy? Yes, they listen to all complaints and make every effort to correct the situation. Did this provider use excessive foul language? Not at all! They are always respectful and courteous! Did you notice a foul odor when you arrived at this provider's office? Not at all, their office smelled fantastic! Did this provider ever dismiss your concerns as unimportant? No, they take every concern of mine seriously

Does this provider adhere to the customer is always right policy? Absolutely not!! They never listen to customers complaints and argue with them Did you experience unnecessary pain during your visit? A little, but it was bearable Does this provider promptly return your phone calls? No, I have to wait weeks before I hear back How would you compare this provider to others in his/her field that you have visited?
