I genuinely don’t understand how this clinic is still operating. The front desk staff gave me three different answers to the same question depending on who picked up the phone, and then acted like I was confused. They lost my paperwork twice, scheduled me incorrectly, and still somehow blamed “the system.” The doctor rushed through the appointment in under five minutes, barely listened, and contradicted what another staff member had already told me. The nurse practitioner, Yanetsys Veliz, is very caring and is comfortable. She really takes care of my physical health. 😊🙌 The staff is wonderful!! 🌟🌟 Salma is very helpful when in need of help! ☺️
I waited for my appointment two and a half months to see a doctor for my annual physical. When the time came, I had to wait almost hour and a half in the waiting room and then I saw a nurse practitioner, not the doctor. The visit took less than 10 minutes.
