Renee answered the phone when we called close to closing time with our concern about possibly being too late, and she gave us kind reassurance that it was okay to come in. No wait to be checked in. Immaculate waiting area. Renee then offered a bottle of water. Good humans = Good care

I was here yesterday and I found it to be very rude that I could hear the staff talking about my x-rays and saying how it was weird that there was no injury in regards to my story. I came to your establishment to get myself checked out to make sure I was okay, I don't need to validate myself to anyone. Fast service but I could have done without the trash talking... your walls are paper thin btw.
Horribly rude staff. Better to go without treatment than go here. Words cannot express how bad it is.

You have to leave a card on file! Will not return to Medexpress. Was told by staff that " you must leave a card on file because they ( Medexpress) was losing too much money". SMH
I’ve gone twice to the MedExpress clinic in Wilmington and both experiences were good. Short wait times and competent staff. Thanks.
Waited 2.5 hours to be told to go home and take some Motrin. Useless....stop treating your patients like idiots and do something to help them.
