I was treated very nicely and no wait on a wed 5:35pm. The receptionist was very nice. Then I saw the doctor and this is what happened... This poor excuse of a doctor misdiagnosed me, didn't even tell me what the diagnosis was gave me medication for scabies when I had gnat bites from the woods. I do not have scabies, and she also prescribed prednisone, which my pharmacist recommended for the insect bites, but she gave me half of the recommended dosage based on my body weight. horrible no one knows what they're doing at this walk in
Hello everyone! Please please please guys keep yourself away from this place. I don’t know how they are working here without any basic knowledge. They are keeping doing the same mistake over and over. I suppose to do my drug test I did but they don’t know the process of doing it. Instead sending the sample with the correct paperwork to the lab they are keep sending the wrong paperwork and saying we did everything correctly and the lab should respond you in TWO WEEKS! What? I came in for an appointment and the staff was very courteous. I want to especially name Soumya as the staff member that was very kind and professional not to only me but my son who I brought in with me. She greeted him and talked to him and made everyone feel very comfortable. You don't always get people that go out of their way to show how much they respect you and appreciate their job. Thank you to the staff and especially Soumya for your professionalism.
