RecommendedThey are usually pretty quick, and good. The nurses and doctors at the mount pleasant office are all super kind and personable. Other branches not so much. Either way it’s convenient because no making an apt, walk in and be seen. They always call after 3 day’s for a follow up which is nice also.
Had a problem called back to ask a few questions. Was told to go to Ed I’m guessing they were to busy to help me didn’t even ask doctor
My son woke up with vomiting and diarrhea. His mom took him to Med Express, they took his temp and checked his stomach for some pain he had. Sent him to E.R to get his appendix checked only to find out the side where his pain was is not the appendix. Good diagnosis Med Express...

This MedExpress has been great for my family and myself in the handful of times we've been here. Personally, I have to give a big thank you to Dr. Paul Serra, though. I came in with a bad cough one weekend and left with a pneumonia diagnosis. Dr. Serra gave my x-rays an extra look the next day and noticed something that unusual and personally called me to refer me to a specialist.
