I was the first one there, I got there at 8:08 I walked in put gloves & a mask on as I respect their rules and regulations with everything going on. I check in, sat there until 8:40-8:45 (at this point there is 3 workers in the back, 2 receptionists & now 2 other patients) I go back do my urine sample and wait until 9:15ish while listening to the 3 employees in the back talk about nothing! 😡 I am angry at this point and walk out, the one asks if I need something I proceed to the bathroom. Shady billing practices. Very deceptive - PA told us to come back for removal of stitches, went back - saw him - received a second bill for $170. Had we known we would have been billed, we would have never returned to an urgent care for stitch removal!
Rip off $240 for a 10 minute visit and they check ur blood pressure. Never going there again
My daughter had a migraine on and off since Sunday so instead of fighting all the traffic to go Children’s I️ decided to try this Medexpress in Murrysville & I️ can’t say enough good things about this place. Everyone here has been extremely kind, caring & compassionate...especially her nurse Micheal. From the minute we walked in his kindness & compassion has stood out. Waited 1/2 hour to be seen with my daughter with her eye hurting. They came in within 2 minutes they said she had punk eye. Nurse never wore gloves as she worked on my daughters eye how unprofessional was that.
Will refuse service to special needs individuals. Receptionist spoke for Dr. Patel and referred to special needs as a "liability"
Everyone was very nice and happy. They seemed to enjoy their work. Everyone was easy to tI have a place to go to that Excela Health approves for care when you can't get an appointment the same day.
