My son is running a fever 103. Not eating like normal, ears leaking fluid. He has Tubes. I would typically take him to his ENT but since it’s the weekend I brought him here. They would not give me antibiotic or ear drops for him. Thankfully I have some at home. We will not be returning. I’ll add they sent me home with paper work stating my child has an ear infection and directions for home care 🤦🏻♀️
RecommendedMed Express urgent Care is a good place they have to give you water they don't keep water cold nasty warm water I asked the nurse why is the water not cold she said we are out LOL
Came this morning to be seen , I’ve never seen such inconsiderate receptionist in all of my life, you could hear the one saying to the other oh well we have till 8 pm , she was playing with her jewelry, doing everything but her job ! Patients are waiting to be registered while they are talking amongst each other ridiculous ! Some people that come in are actually sick ! Turned my son who was having an allergic reaction to a bee away because he didn’t have his ID. Terrible!!!
Brought my daughter in for an ear infection and she was prescribed antibiotics. A week later she was still complaining with pain so I called in and they said I had to bring her back in for another appointment. Which was another $50 copay. Ended up taking her somewhere else and the doctor there said she should have been given ear drops as well as oral antibiotics. Very disappointed as this was our first visit. Never again.
I took my husband there when he was throwing up and passing out and they told him he was fine and sent us on our way. He went to a different doctor and she said he had a sever sinuous infection and he should not have been driving or going to work. I would not recommend anyone to go there!!!!
So, I’ve been sick for the past couple of weeks. I finally broke down and went to Medexpress. As much as I hate going to the doctor, the Clarksburg Medexpress on Emily Drive is by far the best one I’ve ever been too. The staff and physician were incredibly polite and quick!
