I love this place! Everyone was kind and courteous! I was in and out quickly and got what I needed to feel better. I read the one negative review and can assure you that the nurse practitioner I saw, Paula, was incredibly professional and polite. Will be my go to from now on!!
Wonderful experience I was seen quickly and professionally and I got to feeling better. The only reason I did not give 5 stars is they billed my insurance as a specialist which produces a higher copay. The other urgent cares in the area bill as a primary care provider which produces a lower copay.
Excellent experience. I got there a little after 8 and I was out by 9. Everyone was professional.
I went there last week and the whole appointment, including the paperwork, took about 45 minutes. The entire staff was very sweet AND they called today to check on me and see how I was feeling. Much nicer than most urgent care facilities I've been too.
