Very disappointed my yesterdays visit like a parent from Dr.Seung Hee Hong. She is very unprofessional and not nice with the patient. She make me feel very upset and my daughter more sick!!and like a doctor she have no idea what she’s talking about!! Shame on her because other personals who work there are very pleasant and nice but because of herI don’t feel like to go there again. And this is 5 patient in my family they lost.
My first time visiting MedExpress a few days again, and we will never return because of one doctor. My father and I went there because his primary doctor could not see him right away. I went along to help translate as he does not speak English well. The receptionist and nurses were friendly. But when the doctor came in to see us, she was very rude and discourteous.
