When your husband has been up all night in pain because the nurse at the quick care said he didnt look like he's in pain. We cant even get healthcare without discrimination. Wait until they open up at 8am I'm going to be the first person they speak to and I need someone to explain why a man who cut his finger open, received 3 stiches recives nothing to manage his pain level that he reported to be a 7 or 8 out of 10. Went to this office and was told to go to emergency and was told by the doctor that I will not going to be charge for the visit. WRONG...is all about the money for them. They charged me anyway. They are not honest and we will never use them again.
RecommendedI took my fairly medically complex daughter here today and just loved the staff. Thankfully, it’s just a cold virus but just loved it. We saw Dr. Smith, who we can highly recommend. She took time to really talk with my daughter about many things to help. When she walked out of the room we both mouthed, “I loved her!” That is a high compliment from people who have seen many doctors. Hope not to have to return, but if we do, this is where we will go.
We went to MedExpress for my son's free band physical. Today I went because I was sick. I saw Karen the Nurse Practioner and she was great! The office staff is also very good. Highly recommend.
