I never post reviews but here I go.... I was seen here back in December 2020 for a foot injury from a fall. I have a rare neuromuscular disease that's causes falls. I had x-rays done, I was told there was no breaks just a bad sprain. I was sent to a foot specialist cause of pain. he found a break because of this fall.. I know this is not nurses or doctors fault, it was the radiologist fault. I have been walking on a broken foot for exactly 6 months now. The woman Angel that answered the phone was the rudest person I’ve ever spoken to in my life! When you work in health care I’m a firm believer that you must always treat people kindly and compassionate because you never know what that person is going through!!!! Not only is my baby crying but now I’m crying.

RecommendedThe nurse practitioner Melissa Welch is a very sweet lady. I really enjoyed having her as a provider but whoever answers the phones needs to find a new job immediately! She was so rude and nasty making my situation worse. How does she even have a job? I don’t understand.
