Took my son in because he fell off a 4 wheeler and hurt his back. We sat in the parking lot for over an hour waiting for someone to call us to setup an appointment for him. The lady who called us was very rude and disrespectful kept huffing and puffing. Then when the triage nurse called she was very nice. Once they called us inside the dr pa came in and my son tried to show her where he was hurt at. When he stood up he went to pull his pants up and he didn’t get them up fast enough and she was disrespectful because his butt ... read more

RecommendedI’ve been here multiple times and every time it’s been such an amazing experience. Quick and the staff is incredible!!!!
VERY disappointed. Will not be returning. Waldorf has to many other options for me to return to subpar service.
Staff was great. Clean waiting room, triage room and the room we was in. Wait time was very long. Not to mention three people came in AFTER my husband and were seen before him. Even the front staff said something. My husband has been here since 2pm and now at 4 pm has ur to be seen, been sitting in a room waiting. No one to come in and say anything to him, just leaving him to wait. I understand if a more serious patient came in. But that didn’t seem to be the case. Just plain aggravated
