RecommendedHighly recommend this place. They have actual doctors to sign off on your athletes vaccines and sports physicals. There was no wait time either.
It was brought to my attentions that MedExpress Pearland denied service to an autistic child today!!! I called to ask them if they serviced kids with Autism and the lady said she could not confirm that over the phone!!! What??? First of all I shouldn't even have to ask that question...and second, they are clearly incompetent in caring for any child or anyone to say the least. This is very disturbing to have this coming from health care professionals and clearly they are NOT PROFESSIONALS!!! 😡
Went tonight to have my son seen and the lady upfront was trying to collect payment from me when no payment was due. I informed her of this and I got well it is our system and you will need to pay if my manager doesn’t answer. Manager did not answer and I left to be seen somewhere else. I will not be back after this and I left and was seen quickly for an X-ray at other facility.
Walked in on Saturday morning. There is no protocal setup, no we will be with you in a moment, no sign in, just seats. express is not what i would call it. nice office setup but every service similar to this is not run like this. its disappointing
The MedExpress team of professionals provided me with excellent service from start to finish. Professional and quite comprehensive all in a warm inviting facility and the wait time!! when they say Express!! It's all included with a smile! Thank you MedExpress
