I had to go to MedExpress because I needed my ears irrigated. The lobby and patient rooms were very clean. The staff was very nice and I didn't have to wait more than 5 minutes. I wasn't that thrilled with the $45 co-pay but I don't know how much control they have over that. It was an overall pleasant experience and they had me all better in about 30 minutes.
Went first thing , got in right away; prices were clear, insurance accepted; well cared for
Great place, nice staff go in get seen and can get your meds all in one stop what more could you ask for especially when your not feeling good... Thanks again for making Me feel better..
We took our son in for a simple sports physical. No more than 3-4 others in the lobby. Took them 1 hour to call him back. And another 45 mins for a basic exam. Perhaps they should drop the fast out of their slogan
