My fiancé went there 8/22 for saw dust in his eye. They never washed it out!!!! Do not go there. We wound up going to the ER this morning.

Completely misdiagnosed my husband . If you read other reviews ... seems to be a pattern . We knew how ridiculous their diagnosis was and sought care elsewhere. Thank goodness we did because they were completely wrong and could have had severe consequences. Have reached out ... zero reply . No accountability and again zero response .
RecommendedI took my daughter there the other day after she fell off her scooter and landed on her arm. I live right up the street so I figured I’d give it a whirl. I am so happy I did. The staff was really nice. They took an x-ray of my daughter’s arm and it turns out she fractured her arm in to places. They put a temporary cast on until we can get her to an orthopedic doctor. They also gave us quite a few names of local orthopedic doctors. They told us they would call us on Monday to make sure we set an appointment for the orthopedic... read more
We’ve recently seen these folks too often, but each time they are wonderful. Easy in and easy out. I had to visit on Easter Sunday and they all had a great attitude about working until 8:00 p.m.
they misdiagnosed my toddler. cant wait to see the bill. we went in for ear pain the np said ears were clear. that was not the case
I have been to a few of the emergency clinics in the area over the past few years. My fiance mentioned she drove by your facility. I had injured my knee in a fall - from the time we entered to the time we left including followup calls, I would say it was the best overall medical experience i have received. I want to give a special shout out to Kristina Schaefer - She was knowledgeable, Professional, and explained everything in detail. Again thank to all the staff for all there positive and professional help.
Avoid at all costs! Their providers are a joke. I tried going on two different occasions for two different issues. Both issues were misdiagnosed. The last time i went amd had so many issies with the visit i tried reporting the provider with office management. I was told i would be contacted by a member of a review committee. Still waiting for that call almost 4 months later!
This urgent care was outstanding! Friendly staff, wonderful provider. Always popped in to check on me during the breathing treatment. Gave me Gatorade and water. From the check in to the check out..pleasant experience!
