I am with the EMS and came here to get the COVID vaccine. I arrived at 945am for a 10am appointment. It’s 1245pm, the front desk has “no idea” how long the wait will be..why have appointments if you can’t honor them? Other colleagues from our squad who had 8am appointments were here till 11am..3 hour delays? Very indifferent front office staff, “you can leave if you want, all doctor offices have waits”. Nala the receptionist is incredibly sweet and accommodating. HOWEVER, Dr. Steven Faschan is a complete prick who is lazy and incompetent. I had to have my TB results read and a physical done. No one in the office and the doctor refused to do it himself when the nurse was not in. Absolutely ridiculous and he should not be seen if you enter this facility. Bad practice to not see a patient for a physical. Lazy POS
Never go to this place ! They violat their own non discrimination policy , they prescribed me a medication that clearly indicates asthmatics should not take , and I had another issue there that my pharmacy and attorney suggested I call and speak to the on call dr to clarify , he became EXTREMELY HOSTILE ! He was screaming and yelling ! He out right refused any clarification , and stated go to the hospital when I indicated no need for hospital care , screamed again and hung up on me ! The so call doctor was a jerk rude as hell I will never go there again the rest of the staff were really nice i been there before and had no problem but then again it wasn't this jerk I walked out with my daughter never again mind you am sick as hell damn �
