Overcharged me for my visit and I am unable to reach an agent to receive a refund for the overcharge. Update: Finally reached an agent but they don't have the EOB. It has been close to 2 months since my visit and I see the EOB on my insurance portal. I was told that I will need to continue to call back to receive my refund.

RecommendedVery friendly and efficient staff! Recently took my child here after complaining about an earache. Dr. John Flores did the examination and even took the time to explain in detail what was causing the earache. He even drew diagrams on the examination chair paper like it was a medical presentation! It was an awesome experience for both me and my child! Highly recommend MedExpress!
the front office is very pleasant, very sweet and helpful. the nurses are very empathetic and full of well wishes for the patients and their small children, as I had to bring my son with me. the dr is very upfront about targeting your root cause for the visit, she explains what is going on and the treatment plan she would like for you. I had a wonderful experience especially for it being a back up to not being able to see my PCP for my problem.
Wonderful staff! They always see us quickly, and they're very good with kids. Very kind nurses & doctors and they were wonderful with my young son who needed stitches.
They took excellent care tonight of my son giving him stitches. Everytime we go here they are super quick and really seem to care
I received a bill for $150 for a strep test. I should have went to my primary doctor. Frustrating to see that type of charge for 15 minutes. It’s convenient. Folks are nice. It’s a terrible rate for care.
